Privacy notice.

Understand what stays in your browser, what reaches your email application, and what happens when you contact us.

Effective version: October 19, 2026

1. Who this notice covers

Dampest Fire Labs LLC operates this FDM printing website in Buffalo, New York. This notice explains the website code and information you choose to provide when contacting us about a quote or order. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to anthonyleggio99@gmail.com.

2. What happens on the website

The email brief builder uses the project name, quantity, filament preference, and requirements that you type to prepare text in your browser. The website code does not submit that text to us, upload model files, create an account, or collect payment. Opening your email application transfers the prepared text to that application; you choose whether to attach files and send the email. Copying the brief places it on your device’s clipboard, which may be shared or synced by your device settings.

The website code does not use analytics or advertising trackers, set cookies, store a draft in browser storage, or load third-party fonts or images. It does not implement cross-site tracking, so it does not change tracking behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal. Browsers may restore typed information in session history or through their own features; clear it on a shared device.

We use ZenBusiness analytics to view website visitor statistics. The website code described above contains no analytics integration; provider-managed visitor analytics are separate from preparing your quote brief locally. The information collected by that service depends on its settings and practices.

Serving a web page necessarily involves network information. Hosting and network providers may process IP addresses, request URLs, browser/device information, timestamps, and security logs under their own practices. The local brief builder does not prevent that infrastructure processing.

3. Information you send us

If you send an email or call, the information can include your contact details, message, model or sketch, requirements, and associated file metadata. An accepted order may also require billing, delivery, payment-status, and correspondence records.

We use information relevant to responding to the inquiry, preparing a quote, fulfilling the accepted order, communicating about delivery or problems, and meeting recordkeeping or legal obligations. Do not include passwords, full card details, government identity numbers, medical records, or unnecessary personal information in a quote request. Discuss a suitable process before sharing a confidential model.

Our Gmail contact address means email is processed through Google’s email service as well as your chosen email provider. Hosting, email, payment, delivery, and other providers needed for an agreed order may process relevant information. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably needed to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. This is not a promise that information is never handled by a third party.

Our business tools include Bambu Studio for print preparation, ZenBusiness for business services and analytics, and Mercury and Plaid for financial services. Claude and Codex are used for website and automation work. These tools are not embedded in the quote brief builder. Customer messages and model files are received through email, not submitted through Bambu cloud or AI tools. Ask about the handling of your particular files before sending confidential information; provider use and settings can affect where information is processed.

The website includes no advertising-data-sale mechanism or cross-site advertising integrations. A quote inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing list. Public use of a customer’s model or project image requires separate permission.

4. Retention, requests & security

Quote requests and related files are filed in local folders on the business operator’s PC. We currently have no fixed deletion schedule, so records may be kept indefinitely unless manually reviewed and deleted. Email and other service providers may also retain copies under their own practices and settings. Contact us to ask about the records associated with your inquiry or to request access, correction, or deletion; we will consider the request and applicable legal requirements. Some records may need to be retained, and provider backups may not be erased immediately.

We may need reasonable information to identify the relevant records and verify a request, but do not email identity documents unless a suitable process has first been agreed. This notice does not claim a certification, end-to-end encrypted email, or that every system is immune to unauthorized access. Please report a suspected exposure using the contact address above without sending additional sensitive material.

5. Children & external services

This site is a general business website and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit a child’s personal information through this quote process. If you believe a child’s information has been sent, contact us so the situation can be assessed and addressed.

Using your email application, a payment service, or a carrier involves that service’s own privacy and security practices. Ask us about the provider for your order before supplying information if you have particular requirements.

6. Changes to this notice

The effective version is shown above. Material changes to the described information practices will be reflected in an updated notice and any additional notice or choice required by law. A website notice does not itself establish that every operational safeguard or regulatory obligation has been satisfied.

If you have difficulty using the site or accessing a policy, email or call us to request the information in an alternative format.
